Order Cancellation, Pre-Orders & Shipping Rules

This policy explains how cancellations, pre-orders, and shipping rules work at The Glow Club. Please read carefully before ordering, especially if your cart includes both in-stock and pre-order items.

Order Cancellation (In-Stock Items)

Online Orders (In-Stock)

• In-stock online orders may be cancelled only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched

• Once packed or shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted

In-Store Purchases

• In-store purchases may be cancelled/returned in line with our Returns Policy (including timeframe and condition requirements)

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are items that are not yet in stock but are expected to arrive at a later date.

Payment & Perks

• Full payment is required at checkout

• Enjoy 10% OFF all pre-order items

• Spend $100 NZD+ on pre-order items and receive a free gift and free shipping ✨

ETA & Processing

• Pre-order ETAs are estimates only and subject to change

• Please check the ETA before ordering

• Once pre-order stock arrives at our Newmarket store, allow 1–2 business days for processing

• You’ll be notified once your pre-order is ready to ship

Shipping Rules for Pre-Orders vs In-Stock (IMPORTANT)

Pre-order items and in-stock items are treated separately for shipping minimums.

Pre-Order Shipping (NZ)

• $100+ pre-order items → Free shipping

• Under $100 pre-order items → $7.99 shipping

In-Stock Shipping (NZ)

• $80+ in-stock items → Free shipping

• Under $80 in-stock items → $7.99 shipping

If You Order Both Together

• All available in-stock items placed with pre-orders will be shipped first

• Pre-order items will be shipped separately once they arrive and are processed

• If minimums aren’t met for either group, additional shipping charges may apply

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

• Pre-orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

• After 24 hours, pre-orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded

• This applies even if the ETA changes
