  • Free Shipping: Free nationwide shipping for orders over $100 within New Zealand.

New Zealand Shipping

Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
  • Rural Areas: Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer.

Note: Overnight delivery is not guaranteed if there are delays with our courier.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard: $6.99 (1-3 days delivery)
  • Rural: Additional 5-7 working days on top of standard delivery time

We partner with NZ Post for all deliveries. For any questions about your delivery after dispatch, please contact Courier Post directly.

Order Processing

All stock is located at our Newmarket store. Orders are processed as soon as possible within standard business hours. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Signature Requirements

  • Signature Required: If your parcel requires a signature, please ensure someone is available to sign for it.
  • Non-Signature Parcels: If you opt for non-signature delivery, ensure your courier has a secure location to leave your parcel.

Important: Neither The Glow Club nor NZ Post can offer refunds or replacements for items lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery. Contact us within 21 days to initiate a claim. After this period, we and NZ Post will be unable to assist.

Claims for Loss or Damage

  • Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: Enquiries for loss or damage must be lodged within 21 days from the posting date.
  • Claim Process: Once we investigate your enquiry and request a completed claim form, you must provide all relevant information within 6 months of receiving the form.

Australia Shipping

Delivery Times

  • Express Shipping: Orders are delivered within 7-15 business days. The exact timing may vary based on your location and potential delays with Australian Post.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas in Australia may take longer than the estimated delivery time.
