Issy Lash Maximizing Mascara

A remarkable lash duo that pairs a flake-free tubing mascara formula with a lash-separating tinted primer for enhanced impact, higher definition, and longer staying power.

WHAT IT DOES: Formulated with microfibers that add a preliminary layer of volume and length, the lash base makes a marked difference in how lush the lashes appear and boosts the mascara’s performance. On top of the primer, the volumizing mascara glides on evenly to coat each individual lash in water-resistant polymers that prevent smudging but wash off easily with water.

Apply the primer to prep the lashes for mascara application. Allow it to set fully before topping with the mascara.
