I haven’t received all of my order. I ordered skin care and I ordered 2 of acne rescue mud powder. I only received 1. I Emailed them but until now no response. I know that it’s not that much. But it’s my first time to make an order in their website. I hoped that next time they should make sure to double check the items before they send it for delivery. Thank you🙏🏻
Hi Nicole, we’re really sorry about this and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to locate your email regarding the missing items, but we’ve now arranged to send your 2 missing Luxe Organix Powder Mud ASAP. We’ll also include a complimentary gift from us to make up for the inconvenience.
