Daily Shipping

We ship every business day before 1PM (NZT) Orders placed after may go out the next working day.

New Zealand Shipping

Free Shipping on orders over $80 NZD
Standard Shipping: $7.99 NZD

Delivery Time:

  • 1–3 business days (urban)

  • Rural addresses may take longer (extra 5–7 working days)

We ship with NZ Post / CourierPost.
Tracking is sent via email once your order is dispatched.

 

Signature & Safe Delivery

  • Signature required parcels must be signed for

  • Non-signature deliveries should have a safe place to leave parcels

⚠️ Please note: once delivered, we’re unable to replace or refund lost or stolen parcels. Contact us within 21 days if there’s an issue.


Australia Shipping

Shipping Rates (AUD):

  • Standard Shipping: $15 AUD (7–10 business days)

  • DHL Express: $30 AUD (3–5 business days)

Delivery times may vary for rural or remote areas.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes. These are not included in shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.
