Step 2: The eye should be completely clean of any make-up or eye creams

Step 3: Apply the serum from the inner corner of the eye outward. Directly on t base of your eyelashes

Step 4: Then from the roots of eyelashes , please use the mascara brush repeatedly. May also apply to eyebrow area.
