Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner

An anti-aging, hydrating toner packed with 95% naturally-derived ingredients, the Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner features two star ingredients, fermented black rice and hyaluronic acid. Fermented black rice, which is packed with polyphenols and flavonoids, work to protect against free radicals and encourage cell growth, while hyaluronic acid provides deep and long-lasting hydration. Add in beta glucan and red ginseng extract to heal and rejuvenate, and you have a toner that's perfect for the 7-skin method! 

After cleansing, pour the toner onto a cotton pad or directly onto palms. Gently press and pat across your face (avoiding the eyes areas). If needed, apply an extra layer or two for extra hydration. If desired, follow with the HaruHaru Wonder Black Rice Serum and/or Black Rice Hyaluronic Cream.
